WAL-MART and LOWE’S SITE – Highway Design, Land Development and Surveying

This project involved major changes to the I-80 off-ramp, east bound and on ramp, east bound, at the Buckhorn Mall in Hemlock Township, PA as well as extreme site development.

Our services included traffic signal relocation and major intersection adjustment with Route 42/I-80 to serve the proposed 200-acre commercial mall site. All design was approved by PENNDOT and the Federal Highway Administration.

In addition, Peters Consultants was also responsible for the site surveying, engineering, and surveying services, including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, and a Phase I Environmental Assessment for the developer, Zamias Services of Johnstown, PA.
