Blue Ridge Real Estate Company owns and leases investment properties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Company owns 30,000 acres of land located in the Pocono Mountains. The properties that comprise the Company are held as investment properties. Income is derived from these lands through leases, selective timbering, land sales, condominium development, and other dispositions.

Peters Consultants, Inc. has provided this Company with a variety of engineering, surveying, and land development services during the past 8 years. These services include aerial, topographic, ALTA, boundary, GPS surveying services, environmental subdivision design, NPDES permits, sanitary/stormwater detention basins and the Planned Residential Development (PRD) of 83 units at Laurel Woods.
